NEW SMART RECOVERY GROUP for stimulant users
A SMART recovery group will commence meeting weekly on Tuesday 25th November 2008 between 4.30 - 6.00pm.
The group runs on four principles:
- Enhancing and maintaining motivation to abstain
- Coping with urges
- Problem solving - managing thoughts, feelings and behaviours
- Lifestyle balance - balancing momentary and enduring satisfactions
Participants are able to start attending the group on any Tuesday that is most convenient to them. The group meets at 54 Gertrude Street, Fitzroy.
